2. Eligibility: By using our services, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are representing a minor or someone who lacks legal capacity, you must ensure that you have the necessary authority to act on their behalf.
3. Service Fee: The service fee for our visa and immigration services will be communicated to you during the initial consultation, and it may vary based on the type of visa and scope of services required. Payment for our services is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
4. Visa Application Process: Millennium Overseas will provide guidance and assistance throughout the visa application process. However, it is important to note that the final decision regarding visa approval or denial rests solely with the respective embassy or immigration authority. We do not guarantee the issuance of visas, as it is subject to the discretion of the authorities.
5. Client’s Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for visa applications. It is essential to ensure that all documents, forms, and supporting materials are authentic and up-to-date. Failure to provide accurate information may result in visa denials or delays for which Millennium Overseas will not be held liable.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information with the utmost confidentiality. However, please note that the transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any data shared through our website or email. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
7. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website or provided during our services are the property of Millennium Overseas or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the intellectual property without our prior written consent.
8. 10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Rajasthan. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
11. Modifications: Millennium Overseas reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications implies your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
12. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Millennium Overseas regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
